Light Has Dawned (Matthew 4:12-17) | Rev. Herman Moldez, Dec 7, 2025
In Jesus, those who are walking in darkness have seen a great light
dawning in their lives. Jesus has inaugurated the kingdom of God, the kingdom of light in a
world gripped with darkness. In Christ, the power of light slowly pushes away the floods of
darkness. It brings transformation to turn darkness to light to enter the kingdom of God.
As we remember Christ's first Advent, may we reflect to experience renewal of life to follow Jesus Christ. In the midst of darkness, may God's light shine to strengthen our hope and see the glory of new creation forming our lives and communities.
